Bar services for your business functions, social events, intimate dinners, holiday parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and wedding receptions. We can help you design a wonderful bar menu, suggest products, develop signature cocktails, and more. Bartenders are experienced and professional, charismatic and engaging, and licensed with the Washington State Liquor Control Board.

If you are serving just beer and wine, we suggest one bartender for up 120 guests, or two for up to 250 guests. For beer, wine, and mixed drinks, we come with one bartender per 90 guests; for larger events, we can staff additional bartenders and staff. This ensures that you and your guests receive the highest standard of service and attention to detail.

We arrive with wine and bottle openers, shakers, garnish containers, and more; essentially everything necessary for functional service. A portable bar, jocky box, party pumps, ice, mixers, garnishes, cocktail napkins and additional bar needs can be arranged.

Because the client purchases all the beverages, there is no mark-up on product. You select and purchase the beverages you want to be served at your event, deliver or bring them to your venue, and our staff handles everything from there. We consult with clients to create a customized purchase list based on your guest count and event needs. We can recommend products, help you to understand additional equipment or glassware, and help you take advantage of case sales and connect you with distributors.

Beer, Wine, and Champagne Service:

$40/hr - one bartender for events with up to 120 guests

$80/hr - two bartenders 

$30/hr - additional bartenders

Mixed Drinks, Beer, Wine, Champagne Service:

$45/hr - one bartender for events up to 90 guests

$90/hr - two bartenders

$35/hr - additional bartenders

Bartenders arrive 1 - 1.5 hours before the event start; this is to ensure proper set-up and impeccable service for your guests. There is a minimum of 4 hours per booking. To reserve your date, a 50% deposit of your estimated total is due upon signing your event proposal of service; your final balance is due at the end of your event.
